Will of Robert Kissag  1743-1       Lezayre

 

This last Will and Testament of Robert

Kissag of KK Christ Lezaire w’ch he made on the

26th of Feb’ry 1742 being sick and weak in

body but of Sound mind and memory at the

making thereof. First he Comitted his Soul

to God and body to Christian burial.

Item he left the twenty eight shillings which

was due to him from Wm Kelly of Balnaky

=noy as Legacy to his Loving Wife. Item he left

and bequeathed to his son Thomas his blew

Coats and his new vest or waiscoate, Itm

he left to his son Robert his working tools

his Grey Coat and so much of his new Cloth

at the Dyers as would make a vest for him

He left twelve pence apeice to ye Wittnesses of

this his last Will, and lastly he Constituted

and appointed his son Rob’t and Daughter

Joney Joint Exec’trs of all the rest of his goods

movable and immovable whatsoever
