In the Name of God Amen, I Joaney Cannan of---

Parish of KK Concan being weak in body but of perfect and sound mi--

and memory, do Constitute and make this my last will and Testam---

after the manner as followeth

 

Imprimis I most humbly bequeath my Soul to Almighty God my--------

beseeching his most gracious acceptance of it, through the meritts of—

saviour and Redeemer, Jesus Christ, and next my mortal body unde-----

-cent Christian Burial, and as for such worldly goods as it hath pleased—

Almighty God to Bless me with, I do leave and bequeath them after this

following manner, Item I do leave and bequeath unto Cathrine Looney my—

beloved Sister In Law, an—Shift, an Choife or Capp, and a petty Coat, and

unto Isable Cannon a petty Coat, and a Capp or Choife, and unto Ann

Kneal, a petty Coat, and I do Constitute, ordain, and appoint, my Lov-

=ing Cousins, Ellinor and Jane Cannel, Sole and whole Execut’rs of all the

Rest of my goods that I possess in this world, moveable, and Immoveable

and also of any goods or money that is owing unto me; from any

person whatsoever, and In case that any body should claim any Rig---

to any of my goods aforesaid, I do cut them, or him, of with one Six

pence Legacy p’r piece. And to this my Last will and Testament I do

Truly and faithfully give my whole and full consent this 2d of October
