Will of Mary Clague  1753-2    Lonan

 

This is affirmed to be the last Will and Testament

of Mary Clague of KK Lonan who departed this Life

abÕt the 28th of April 1753 Being of Perfect Mind

and Memory at the making hereof – First She

Committed Her Soul unto God and her Body to

Christian burial. Itm She left to her Daughter Ann

five pounds the one half of a Cow, a Suite of Bedcloaths

a Choice Garment and a iron Pott – Itm She left to her

Daughter Margrett Twenty shillings – Itm She left

to her son John half a dozen of sheep and one

Suite of Bedcloathes – Itm She left to her Daughters

Dorothy and Mary all the rest of her Goods, but that

Mary was left a Heifer and her part of the [Dresser]

to her said Daughter Dorothy – Lastly she nominated

and appointed her Loving Husband William Clague

     and her right of the Riding Horse

Sole ExecÕr ^ of all the rest of her Goods and Effects

of what kind and Nature Soever.

his sÕd wife by sÕd TestÕr Mary & acquits & discharges

the sÕd ExÕr & all others for the same, witness his mrk to

his name dat. as above
