John & Hugh Kissag Sole

& joint AdmÕrs of all his

goods moveable & imoveable

whatsoever, the next Relacons,

Wm Kissag & Mary Fargher

with Jane Kissag, SupervisÕrs

& a legacy to the Widow on

Sight of the Inventory.

The SupervisÕrs & Widow are

Sworn in Court

 

Pledges for the SupervisÕrs are

Wm Bridson, & Henry Crebbin.

launched on behalf of Isabel Kissag, apparent

wife of John Kissag. It was too difficult

to transcribe, but the following appears

to be the decision of the Court.

DecÕd, & her Mother in Law, being

referÕd to us (as Arbitrators)

     & the Supervisors of her Children;

day, who have bound themselves

in penalty of 10 lb. to stand by

our Arbitration. We do allow
